Chateau Galoupet

Chateau Galoupet is a “lieu-dit”, a French term for a named place or vineyard with a specific topological identity. It is marked on a map dating back to the mid-1700s and has roots in the very origin of Provence, in Crystalline Provence - the oldest geological formation in the appellation.

In 1894, the french wines of Château Galoupet were said to “make one feel nature is beautiful and life is good”. Over a century later, it is the same. Château Galoupetare reconnecting every last centimetre of the land to craft exceptional French rosé with special attention to the environment.  Château Galoupet is 69 hectares of vineyard and 77 hectares of wild protected woodland overlooking the Golden Isles on the French Riviera.

The company is working with 7 different grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre, Rolle, Semillon, Syrah and Tibouren. At Château Galoupet, nature meets craft. Professional care and precision in the vineyard and the winery ensures Château Galoupet gets the best out of each individual plot and grape variety. Château Galoupet Cru Classé is a rich, complex, barrel-aged rosé that invites you to explore all the facets of the terroir.
