Solantu

Our nature is unique and offers a truly beautiful life with precious treasures. The idyll and the spirit of the perfect natural creations down to the last detail are remarkable. All luxury designs refer to the perfection and beauty of nature, which shaped the senses and even the people themselves in a balanced cycle. Dependent is the cycle of nature and life of our star sun. This foundation for existence was dedicated to the company Solantu naming. The Spanish word for the sun "sol" and "antu" from the Mapuche language together form the name for the organic manufacturer of luxury products.

Silvia Gold and her husband Hugo Siman purchased an area of pristine forest land in the Chubut province of the Andean region in Patagonia (Argentina). The entrepreneurs were amazed at the wealth and beauty of the native forest. 16 special tree species and the natural wilderness of this region form the livelihood of the local population. Silvia Gold and her husband have set themselves the goal of upholding the treasures of nature. Rare and highly desirable trees such as the shrubby Radal tree or the protected species of the beech Nothofagus antarctica are native to this area. Over the years, the couple developed a passion and the responsibility for the environment became a life project for them. Argentine Gold took up the challenge and championed the use of wood in the name of the natural growth cycle. With numerous projects for the environmentally conscious use of resources in forestry, the natural taking Solantu came to life.

Solantu continued to evolve, so it was a logical progression for the family to adopt a crocodile farm. Two crocodile species, the Iatirostris and the black Caiman are in the Yacaré Porá in northeastern Argentina at home. In a natural expansion of their precious wood initiative, the family decided to educate the country in the interests of the animals, the environment and the settlers. The prehistoric animals taught Gold and Siman the understanding of the natural cycle and its essential rhythmic meaning. A sustainable breeding method by Solantu protects the coveted leather of the exotic crocodile lynx. The special of this leather is the unique texture, softness and long durability. Today Solantu counts more than 30,000 animals in the Yacaré Porá and the usual low survival rates in the open air reach up to 80% with the ecological enterprise. Every year, the caimans born there are released under controlled supervision into the wild. With this sustainable and environmentally conscious philosophy, Solante earned worldwide recognition and the ranch was awarded the Best Practices Certificate. Every manufactured product under the name Solantu reflects this philosophy. The many years of experience and know-how in environmental protection and crocodile management form the secret of success for the sustainable and responsible luxury brand Solantu. Specializing in production, Solantu specializes in exotic objects and accessories made of exotic woods and crocodile leather.
