REQUEST FOR RMA NUMBER
To request your RMA number at BREGNER:
- Log in with your customer data in your account with BREGNER. At "My Orders" you can select the number of the item which you wish to return.
- Click "Product return" and specify a reason why you send the goods back to us. If there is damage or an error in the article, please add more details describing your reason added.
- You can request a refund by selecting your preferred method of payment from previously. Please note that this is identical to the originally conducted payment. A credit to your account is valid for one year from date of issue.
- Once you have accepted our conditions for the return process, you will receive a letter to your e-mail address with your RMA number.
You can exchange an item by logging into your account at BREGNER. The order of the article will be with valid credited to your account for one year. Cost will be in price differentials, extra shipping costs, taxes and duties.

The credit of the order value will be credited to the original payment method or as an online credit on your account of BREGNER. Delivery costs will no be refund.
For orders to an EU address we will refund VAT. Customs duties are added for orders that will be sent outside the European Union, which cannot be refunded as the VAT of BREGNER. In several countries this can be claimed at the local customs offices. For more detailed information we ask you to instruct an accountant.
The refund to your account shall be made within ten working days. Please note that the processing times of the payment service provider are different and, therefore, we cannot speed up the process of restitution.
An exchange becomes only possible, when the items are returned within 14 days. Later incoming returns are generally excluded from return.
Cosmetics, Perfumes, skin and hair care products, are only to be withdrawn, when returned unopened and in the original, undamaged packaging.
Products were obtained damaged are called defective. This designation also occurs in force when a production error is apparent within six months after purchase. Articles, which may prove a result of use, will be seen as damaged.
Faulty goods can only be exchanged against identical products, if they are available in stock. If the exchange is not carried out for lack of missing goods at BREGNER, you get a full refund. For defective products that are not covered in our redemption policies, please contact us via email email@example.com.
The colours of our listed products have been shown realistically. On some screens, this may vary, however, so we cannot guarantee the representation of the original colours of the items.
