The new amazing collection Fleurs de Cerisier by Lalique is inspired by the spectacular blossoms of Japanese cherry trees. The unique color scheme Illuminated in gold and accented with freehand enamel is in flawless harmony with implemented cherry blossoms.

The savoir faire of lacquering wood is a thousand-year old tradition in Asia. In Vietnam, Lalique met exceptional craftsmen who keep this heritage alive. With amazing talent and expertise, they fashion these boxes, trays and frames in carved wood coated with fifteen layers of lacquer. A satin-finished crystal motif, produced in the Lalique Manufacture located in France, highlights each design. The encounter of these two know-hows - that of lacquer and that of crystal - gives birth to unique creations.

The finely chiseled drawing of cherry blossoms evokes the world-famous and wondrous blossoming of Japanese cherry trees ("sakura"). Symbolizing the ephemeral character of beauty and life, it invites one to marvel at the present moment. The boxes and trays present a matte midnight blue pattern and inside, contrasting with the brilliance of black lacquer. Some tops are adorned with the Lovebirds sculptures, symbol of love and peace. The trays and picture frames, declined in different sizes, are illuminated with a gadrooned crystal.

Specific to Fleurs de Cerisier collection shapes complicate the proper distribution of the crystal, which requires great technical mastery of the renowned Lalique artisans. In addition to the overall luxury image and superior quality, some collectibles of Fleurs de Cerisier are limited editions and their value potential is only increasing with time.
