Color: Light golden hue.

Bouquet: Exceptional balance and depth. Pure, the aroma shows a seductive blend of toffee and chocolaty sweetness, of cinnamon and of medicinal phenols. Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are expressed, as well as the aroma of melon, pear and a light creaminess, phenolic notes of sea breeze (iodine) and smoked fish. Hickory wood and coffee let später the flüchtigen notes fade.

With water geöffnet emerges the depth of the peat and immediately reveals a bouquet of phenols with peat and leather, followed by medicinal phenols (carbolic soap) and a hint of smoke. However, steadily the sweetness of vanilla and the scent of citrus is undercurrent, which also maintain the seduction and balance.

Taste: The evenä&Apron;igen and pure Süße is quickly followed by a bite of deep peat notes, tobacco smoke and strong espresso, which then gives way to the molassesüße and licorice.

The mouthfeel is first slightly würzig (astringent), then full-bodied and finally dry.

Taste: Long and smoky. A smoky süße lingers on the palate, with the character of stung peat and süßem, malty grain.
