Aroma:Seduced by the aromas floating from the door of a French patisserie, you step inside and discover a tart tarte au citron of crisp dough with delicate lemon cream. Next to it is a soft, delicate sponge cake with a milky vanilla flavor, garnished with caramelized lemon and orange zest. One sniffs out rich, juicy raisins, dates, warm ginger, coconut and nutmeg. In the background, a gingerbread is prepared in a charcoal oven.

Taste:The delicate melting of lemon tart leaves a citrus note in the mouth, which eventually gives way to caramel cream and tangy lime. It is followed by warming ginger in duet with the mild, nutty flavors of nutmeg and toasted almonds, bringing warmth and tenacity that segue into dripping lemon meringue and melting honeycomb.

Finish:Matt and sweet with tangy lemon, vanilla cream and delicate hints of ginger and nutmeg. A dash of water in the whiskey releases the frothy aroma of a lemon tart with meringue and the rich aroma of fruitcake and warm gingerbread with vanilla cream.
