HOW TO BUY ITEMS AT BREGNER?

We tried to give you the opportunity for a smooth shopping on our platform. Our exclusive luxury products can be obtain in a simple manner as following:

  • Follow the appropriate link in the menu bar, under which your desired product can be subordinated
  • Now click on the item of your choice and add it to your "basket" by clicking on the appropriately named added button
  • On the page of the cart, you can check your selected products and the purchase on "Place Order" and can continue.
  • Then enter your personal information to complete the order.
  • After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AT BREGNER?

To purchase something at BREGNER, it does not require a customer account. Our high-quality products can be purchased without a registration.

An account with BREGNER is, however, associated with profitable advantages:

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL DATA?

BREGNER guarantees you a confidential treatment of your personal data. These are used only for transaction orders. The personal data of our customers will not be disclosed to third parties.

WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password for access to your individual account on BREGNER, follow these steps:

  • Click to login to your account "forgot password".
  • Enter your e-mail address, which you have defined for logging in BREGNER.
  • You will receive a restore link via email.
  • Follow this link and enter a new password.
  • For security reasons the current password cannot be sent via e-mail.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

For safe shopping at BREGNER we provide the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • maestro
  • Bank Transfer

All incoming payments are handled through BREGNER Paymill. This guarantees a safe purchase. Furthermore, it will be used when paying with a credit card 3-D Secure security, which ensures protection of your credit card from unauthorized use. At each end of the shopping process a personal password must be entered.

Log in to your bank or card issuer once for this service. Further information is available on the website of PAYMILL, 3-D Secure.

Initial orders at BREGNER can only be sent to the billing or business address of the owner of the card. Thus, the delivery can proceed immediately to ensure the correctness of the data you enter.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD AT BREGNER?

You can order a gift card of your choice at BREGNER. Please proceed as follows:

  • Follow the link GIFT CARDS in the navigation bar below.
  • Choose between a printed (sent via post) and a virtual (sending via e-mail) Gift Card.
  • Select the desired value of your voucher.
  • Enter the recipient's name and the delivery address or e-mail address at the virtual gift certificates.
  • Paste the Gift Card to your shopping cart and purchase it as usual by entering your payment and personal information.
  • After a successful completion of your order, you will receive a notification email once your Gift Card has been sent.
  • With several gift cards to different delivery or e-mail addresses, we recommend you take each separate orders. For each order usual shipping costs will be added.

CAN I SELECT THE CURRENCY FOR MY PURCHASE?

BREGNER is an international platform, where exclusive quality products can be purchased. Accordingly, we also offer the option during the payment process to select the currency.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY LAST AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We strive to ensure a smooth delivery. So the process can proceed without delays, we remind you to check the accuracy of your data entered. .

CAN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY IN BERLIN AT THE SAME DAY ORDERED?

It is possible to use our flexible shipping. BREGNER offers the opportunity to get your ordered items on the day of the order. This additional service is only available for orders in the Berlin area.

To use this premium service, the orders must be completed before 10:00 pm Central European Time. The delivery of goods is usually only on working days in the period 12:00 to 19:00. Incoming orders before 14: 00h CET will reach the delivery address between 18.00 and 21:00. Your desired date of delivery can also reserve up to seven days in advance.

Please note that custom or personalized orders have a longer delivery time and cannot be picked up or delivered at the same day. The availability of the product is seen in the description.

IS MY DELIVERY INSURED?

BREGNER guarantees you an insurance of your orders for the transport to the delivery address you specify. After receipt of the shipment, the receiver confirms this with a signature, which makes the liability passed to the receiver.

A tracking and tracing on all orders confirms a condition of the items ordered. For this reason, the notification is made only with an acknowledgment of the consignment.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF THE APPLICABLE TAXES?

The laws of the country in which the sending of the product is to take place sets the resulting taxes and fees for your transacted orders. Detailed description of the tax and revenue costs is displayed with each order on the overview page.

All payable taxes and fees are included in the purchase price, provided by the mailing in a country based on "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP). If the shipment in the country based on "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) takes place, the taxes and fees on receipt must prior to delivery be paid.

CAN I LET MY ORDER BE SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

For each order placed at BREGNER only one address can be considered. To be ship your order to multiple shipping addresses, a separate order is necessary in each case.

CAN ALL ITEMS BE SENT IN ALL COUNTRIES?

Unfortunately, not all offered products can be delivered in every country. BREGNER faces the international trade agreements and determination obliged to adhere to trade restrictions.

If one in the shopping cart the article is not deliverable in your country because the trade restrictions do not permit it, you will be informed immediately. However, you can assign shipment to another country, in which your order can be shipped without trade restrictions.

CAN I GET MY ORDER AFTER ORDER STATEMENTS CHANGED OR CANCELED?

You may cancel your order history through your personal MY ACCOUNT at BREGNER, insofar as it has not yet been prepared for shipping. In what state your order is currently, can be referred  in MY ORDERS placed in your account. Billing and delivery addresses can thereby be changed.

Adding more items or any combination of the orders in a frame is not in the way that will be made available at BREGNER.

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

CAN I RETURN RECEIVED ORDERS?

Each order is a return form with a return label. Please note the following statement when returning a product:

  • Goods have to be returned in their original packaging. If the goods have a security label, this must never be damaged or removed.
  • Please fill in the return form that you received with your order. Please do not forget to specify the reason for returning your order and make sure that the completed return form enclosed with the package.
  • Please stick the free return shipping label (attached) on the old address field. If you do not have a return label, please contact us by email service@bregner.com.
  • Please note that custom or personalized orders can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For all items purchased, BREGNER offers a tracking of the status of the order. After a successful completion of order you will automatically receive a letter to your registered e-mail address with a link to track your order status.

Unless you have an account with BREGNER, tracking order status can also be made via MY ACCOUNT and STATE OF ORDERS. Here you can view information about the order status on all orders until the delivery to the addressee in detail.
