Christofle renews its collaboration with the sculptor Allison Hawkes and enriches its animal collection of Haute Orfèvrerie with a new piece in sterling silver. The tiger, a symbol of power, has been represented by the artist in a seated position on an Emperador marble base.

The small size limited edition is to be launched in March 2022, with a preview in China from January 2022 to celebrate Chinese New Year. Its finish, combining patina and mirror polish, perfectly highlights the coat and the powerful musculature of the animal.

Several steps are necessary for this piece: firstly, the sculpture is realized by the American artist, then a mould is realized from the sculture to process the lost waxing technique, then our master silversmiths chase and polish the piece. The sense of detail brought by the Master Goldsmiths makes this piece an exceptional sculpture.
